Choosing a date in a calendar does not always complete the booking. Some offices then require you to click a validation link sent by email. Until the required step is completed, do not assume the appointment is secured. The rule and deadline depend on the official booking module.
Check your inbox and the calendar immediately
Look in spam, other inbox tabs and recently deleted messages. Search for the office name or selected date. If the screen still displays the email you entered, check for a typing mistake before leaving the process. Keep the final on-screen message without publishing personal booking references.
