A favourable medical opinion alone does not mean you can immediately drive again. Check the suspension end and your administrative position, then the applicable licence application. The medical result, driving rights and production of the physical card are distinct stages.
Establish which procedure applies
Following a suspension, Service Public guidance distinguishes procedures by the reason and duration. Cancellation or invalidation can require other stages; do not automatically reuse a suspension procedure.
Read the notice and opinion you received. Check for temporary fitness or restrictions. The health-related medical examination guidance also explains the prefect's decision. If the documents do not clearly establish your rights, ask the competent service before driving.
Apply through France Titres when required
The official service following suspension directs applicants to online licence production. Select the procedure for returning after suspension, rather than a category chosen only because its name includes “renewal”.
Gather the documents required for that application: identity, address, photo-signature, medical opinion and suspension decision. The checklist displayed by the official service is the reference at the time of application. Legible files and complete supporting documents make it easier to finish the submission accurately.
Keep administrative status and card production separate
Keep the application number and check its progress through the official account. A manufacturing notification is not automatically the same as a document establishing driving rights. Appointment availability at a prefecture also does not predict when the card will be produced.

Plan another medical examination if validity is limited
If the opinion or licence specifies another medical deadline, record it now. Use the date in your own document, not a duration copied from someone else's case. Review the board or approved doctor guidance to establish the competent professional.
